What Aldeia is

A directory for families in Florianópolis. We list businesses, events, swaps and community questions. Aldeia does not intermediate appointments, reservations, sales or payments — you contact each business or poster directly.

Account

Some features require login (magic link via email): saving businesses, publishing events/swaps/questions, and claiming a business page. You're responsible for keeping access to your inbox secure.

You can request account deletion at any time by writing to contato@somosaldeia.com.br. See the privacy policy for what data is associated.

Content you publish

You're responsible for what you publish (text, photos, events, swaps, questions) and you confirm that you hold the rights to that content. By publishing, you grant Aldeia a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, index and distribute that content within the site (including in the Semanal newsletter and in social-share previews that link back to the site).

We may remove, edit or refuse content that violates these terms, Brazilian law, or the spirit of the community (deceptive ads, offensive content, spam, etc).

Acceptable use

• Use the site to find services for your family — that's what it's for.
• Don't scrape, mass-copy, or resell the data on the site.
• Don't use the site to send spam or unsolicited advertising to listed businesses.
• Don't try to bypass technical limits (auth, Turnstile, rate limits) or interfere with the site's operation (attacks, automated scans).
• Don't submit illegal, defamatory, discriminatory, sexually explicit content, or content that improperly involves minors.

Information accuracy

We do our best to keep information correct, but we can't guarantee that every phone, address or schedule is always up to date. Businesses open, close and change. Always confirm critical information directly with the business before making important decisions (appointment, party, school enrollment, etc).

Ratings and review counts come from Google Maps and reflect the public state at the time of the last update. We're not responsible for the content of those reviews.

Liability

Aldeia is provided "as is". We're not responsible for the services provided by listed businesses or for swaps arranged between users — those are direct relationships between the parties. If something goes wrong, the proper channel is Procon or consumer justice, not Aldeia.

Business owners

To update or remove your listing, write to contato@somosaldeia.com.br or claim the page via the "I own this" button on the business profile. We honor removal requests within 7 days.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top of the page shows the last change. Material changes will be communicated to the email on file, if you have an account.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Brazilian law. Venue: Florianópolis (SC) jurisdiction for any matter.
